Responsibilities include training needs analysis, curriculum design, blended learning development, facilitation, stakeholder consulting, risk and quality management, delivery planning, and impact evaluation. The role advises clients on readiness, user adoption, engagement, and governance while improving learning methodologies and deliverables across diverse client environments.
