Oversees strategy, team leadership, grant implementation, multi-million-dollar budgets, compliance, partnerships, forecasting, and operational systems. Develops conservation programs, supports portfolio growth, and ensures initiatives achieve measurable outcomes while remaining on schedule and within budget. This is a fully remote role with travel up to 30%.
