Lead logistics forecasting, modeling, KPI management, and reporting to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Build predictive analytics, maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel), partner with operations/finance/3PLs, and present executive-level insights to drive continuous improvement.

Own CPFR for the Walmart account: build demand forecasts and replenishment strategies for TV and audio, analyze POS and inventory data, manage KPIs, support launches and promotions, and maintain Walmart relationships to ensure in-stock performance.

Support U.S. import trade compliance by coordinating with customs brokers, reviewing import documentation, assisting with HTS classification, valuation and origin determinations, tracking regulatory updates, conducting post-entry reviews and audits, preparing bilingual (English/Mandarin) compliance reports and materials, and partnering with logistics and supply chain teams to mitigate compliance risks and improve processes.
