Provides regional technical support, troubleshooting, field service assistance, and product training for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Supports distributors, contractors, sales teams, and internal teams through phone, online, classroom, and occasional on-site assistance. Delivers startup support, quality testing, installation and service guidance, documents recurring issues, and contributes to training and customer-facing technical content.

Leads end-to-end international inbound logistics from factories to customers. Analyzes transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution data; monitors shipments; develops KPIs; identifies cost savings; manages carrier performance and bidding; negotiates contracts; and collaborates cross-functionally to improve supply chain efficiency, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Manage outbound order processing and load planning with 3PL WMS and SAP. Validate shipments, reconcile shipping records and carrier invoices, coordinate returns and pickups, dispute customer penalties, submit customer portal Ready-to-Ship data, and produce reports to track on-time delivery and expenses.
