Investigates and resolves logistics chargebacks and deductions from retail partners, analyzes root causes, prepares disputes, tracks compliance trends, and supports preventive process improvements. Collaborates with Finance, Logistics, GTM teams, and overseas partners to improve shipping compliance. Monitors SAP activity, documents procedures, supports training, and summarizes chargeback data for strategic planning.

Develop and execute test plans for TV software, validating functionality, performance, and stability. Manage defects, analyze requirements, maintain testing environments, and collaborate with developers on issue resolution. Conduct user experience testing and trials, provide customer technical support, gather and escalate feedback, and create troubleshooting documentation, FAQs, and user guides.

Manage D2C e-commerce operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, returns, refunds, chargebacks, FedEx delivery issues, inventory, pricing, promotions, tax reporting, and finance reconciliation. Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, logistics, sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams. Maintain Shopify or similar platforms, SAP order records, product information, and performance reports while supporting bilingual English and Mandarin customer communications.
