Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs from concept through execution and post-analysis. Leads demand and supply forecasting, production and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional supply chain coordination. Supports distributors, contractors, sales teams, and internal teams through phone, online, classroom, and occasional on-site assistance. Delivers startup support, quality testing, installation and service guidance, documents recurring issues, and contributes to training and customer-facing technical content.
