Leads profitable growth of Hiscox’s SME insurance products through digital partnerships. Owns channel P&L, distribution strategy, partner relationships, sales practices, and revenue goals while managing and developing business development and enablement teams. The role requires deep knowledge of insurance distribution technology, strong executive stakeholder management, and the ability to identify emerging market opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

Develops end-to-end data solutions, including exploratory analysis, experimentation, predictive and prescriptive modeling, machine learning, and generative AI applications. Partners with business, product, and technical teams to solve complex insurance challenges, communicate insights, and support data-driven decisions. The role also involves validating AI-assisted work, applying statistical methods, and following engineering practices such as version control, testing, code review, and reproducible development.

Supports financial stewardship, governance, reporting oversight, and control effectiveness for Hiscox European legal entities. Reviews outputs from external finance providers, coordinates board and audit committee deliverables, tracks risks and remediation, supports regulatory and audit interactions, and facilitates communication across local and central finance teams. The role also contributes to process improvements, finance transformation, and operating model changes.
