Lead European customer and market insight programs and translate findings into scalable product and service propositions. Design, pilot and launch customer‑centric offers, partner with underwriting, marketing, sales, tech and data teams, and drive insight‑led decisions across markets to improve customer experience and commercial performance.

Adjudicate and resolve low-to-moderate miscellaneous professional liability claims, including litigated matters. Document files, communicate with claimants and attorneys, draft coverage/denial letters, set reserves, manage defense counsel, identify fraud and trends, and participate in claims projects to ensure timely, compliant claim resolution.

The Flow Engineer will optimize product development flow, coach squads on Lean and Agile principles, and resolve blockers. Responsibilities include mentoring teams, analyzing flow metrics, supporting backlog prioritization, and improving team culture and health.
