Produce detailed technical design and documentation for hospitality interior projects, coordinate with architects/engineers, guide CAD team, manage shop drawing reviews, and maintain drafting standards to ensure concepts are realized through construction.

Develop FF&E concepts, mood/material boards, source furniture/lighting/finishes, prepare FF&E documentation and schedules, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, conduct site visits, and support client presentations for luxury hospitality and residential projects.

Develop and deliver curated art collections for hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects. Lead research, sourcing, presentations, budgeting, supplier negotiations, project coordination, installations, and client-facing presentations while supporting business development and regional collaboration.
