Supports leaders and employees across compensation, benefits, performance management, training, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, retention, compliance, leave administration, HR systems, workforce reporting, and global mobility. The role manages the full employee lifecycle, advises on policies and employment laws, maintains employee data integrity, and supports immigration and international assignment activities.

Provides Japanese-English translation for business, sales, automotive, and technical communications; supports bilingual employees and Japanese expatriates; assists the Executive Team with administrative duties, travel arrangements, and special projects. Requires strong Japanese and English reading, writing, and speaking skills, interpersonal abilities, MS Office proficiency, multitasking, and at least two years of college-level Japanese coursework.

Manage quality iteration projects for automotive Body-in-White assembly systems. Responsibilities include evaluating GD&T, tooling and checking fixture designs; managing quality-related parts, die modifications, customer communications, internal coordination, process changes, product introductions, project finances, and assigned manpower. The role requires assembly tooling, hemming and stamping knowledge, engineering drawing interpretation, and domestic and international travel.
