Develop responsive HTML email templates and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer. Build personalized journeys, dynamic content, audience targeting, and reusable modules; perform cross-client QA and troubleshoot rendering, responsiveness, and campaign logic. Collaborate with creative, marketing, CRM, project management, and development teams while managing multiple remote assignments and deadlines.

Leads digital and marketing design projects from briefing through delivery, creating concepts and polished assets across campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and collateral. Works directly with clients to clarify objectives, present concepts, guide feedback, and recommend creative solutions. Maintains visual identities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, reviews other designers’ work, manages timelines, and prepares production-ready files.

Manage client relationships and creative project delivery from briefing through final approval. Translate client requirements into actionable briefs, coordinate cross-functional creative teams, oversee timelines and revisions, review deliverables for quality and brand alignment, present work, manage feedback and expectations, and proactively resolve project risks across multiple concurrent workstreams.
