Build Hipp Health’s outbound sales engine by personally booking 20 qualified meetings monthly, developing prospecting sequences and qualification standards, maintaining HubSpot dashboards, and documenting a scalable BDR playbook. The role also shapes junior BDR hiring and onboarding, coaches new representatives, manages pipeline syncs, and partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product on messaging and market feedback. The position is remote and supports healthcare IT sales to ABA and behavioral health organizations.

Build and ship production features across backend services, APIs, frontend systems, AI-native healthcare infrastructure, EMR, and billing platforms. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers; write clean, tested code; participate in code reviews; and own projects from concept through production.

Build and optimize Hipp’s analytics data platform, including production data pipelines, warehouses, schemas, dashboards, reports, and data models. Write complex SQL, monitor data quality, perform product and operational analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to support AI and ML initiatives, deliver reliable insights, and inform product strategy.

Build and ship production features across backend services, APIs, and frontend systems supporting AI-driven EMR, billing, and operational workflows. Design scalable systems, collaborate with product and design, own projects from concept through launch, write tested code, participate in reviews and architecture decisions, and improve reliability and developer workflows.

Own Hipp Health’s product positioning, messaging, packaging, launches, competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement. Translate complex healthcare and AI capabilities into clear customer value, develop buyer and persona narratives, create marketing and sales assets, support product demonstrations, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing. The role requires 5+ years of product marketing experience and familiarity with enterprise buying processes, healthcare SaaS, or AI products.

Drive product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, and feature development across healthcare platform areas including revenue cycle management, workflow automation, clinical tools, and AI agents. Partner with healthcare practices, engineering, design, and company leadership to launch and improve products. Analyze usage and operational metrics, incorporate customer feedback, and help establish product team culture and processes.
