Build and launch Hinge Health’s new GI digital care product from scratch. Lead technical direction across mobile, web, backend, AI, hardware integration, experimentation, reliability, and performance. Develop production software, establish engineering practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and clinicians, and iterate based on member feedback and measurable health outcomes.

Build and operate full-stack rewards and incentives features across mobile and backend systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, NestJS, and Node.js. Own projects from technical design through production, including APIs, data models, testing, observability, performance, experimentation, and maintenance. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams, contribute to architecture and code reviews, use AI-assisted development responsibly, and mentor teammates.

Build and launch Hinge Health’s new gastrointestinal digital care product from scratch. Develop and review production code across mobile and backend systems, lead complex projects, run experiments, improve reliability and performance, integrate AI technologies, and contribute to architecture and developer tooling. Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and analytics partners; mentor junior engineers; and drive features from conception through launch, measurement, and iteration in a regulated healthcare environment.
