Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hinge Health's design system. Define and evolve core components, tokens, patterns, and interaction standards. Partner with engineering on implementation, tooling, and Storybook usage. Establish governance, contribution models, and review processes. Guide feature teams, mentor designers, and drive consistency while balancing flexibility to scale product quality across multiple surfaces.

Lead design vision for member-facing progress, pain logging, and outcome experiences. Translate clinical and behavioral data into simple motivating interfaces, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to run experiments, create frameworks and design systems, champion accessibility, and mentor designers to raise quality and coherence.

Lead discovery and end-to-end product design for new digital care programs: define 0→1 experiences, prototype and validate solutions, create usable visual and interaction designs, align cross-functional teams, and ensure accessibility, quality, and cohesion within the Hinge Health ecosystem.
