Lead a 6-engineer mobile team to migrate and evolve Enrollment into a mobile-first, extensible platform. Own architecture, experimentation (A/B testing), CI/CD, performance, and roadmap while remaining hands-on (~15% coding), partnering with Product, Design, and Marketing, and growing engineering quality and team capabilities.
