Support sales and catering managers by coordinating meetings and events, preparing proposals and contracts, handling guest requests and clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting special projects in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Supervise front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and excellent guest service. Train and guide front desk staff, manage reservations, handle guest concerns, assist with scheduling and shift coverage, and maintain a welcoming, efficient front office environment while reporting to the Front Office Manager.

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable guest rooms and public areas. Oversee scheduling, training, quality inspections, inventory, and staff supervision while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to cleanliness standards. Support career development and report to Director of Rooms or General Manager.
