Supervises daily front desk operations, supports guest check-in and checkout, resolves guest issues, trains team members, maintains financial records, monitors room inventory, and ensures front office standards and procedures are followed.

Promote Great Wolf Lodge vacation ownership opportunities, deliver persuasive presentations, identify guest needs, build relationships, meet sales goals, recommend attractions and vacation packages, and provide concierge-style service. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with participation in ongoing training.

Lead a team of 5–7 Sales Representatives in retail locations, engage customers, and sell vacation packages. Responsibilities include coaching a high-performing sales team, supporting fast-paced commission-based sales, achieving goals, and fostering customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, self-motivation, schedule flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
