Front-line sales role selling Hilton Grand Vacations ownership to prospective and existing members. Greet guests, identify travel interests, present ownership benefits, close sales, and participate in recurring training to improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Supervises daily front desk operations, supports guest check-in and checkout, resolves guest issues, trains team members, maintains financial records, monitors room inventory, and ensures front office standards and procedures are followed.

Promote Great Wolf Lodge vacation ownership opportunities, deliver persuasive presentations, identify guest needs, build relationships, meet sales goals, recommend attractions and vacation packages, and provide concierge-style service. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with participation in ongoing training.
