Lead and develop a 3-4 person retail sales team in Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's to generate leads and sell family vacation packages. Responsible for staffing, training, coaching, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise daily front desk operations, assist guests with check-ins/outs, train and mentor front desk staff, ensure policy and quality standards, handle guest issues and posting charges, maintain logs and follow up on unresolved situations, and promote company services to members and guests.

Sell vacation ownership by greeting customers, delivering presentations, building rapport, identifying guest needs, meeting sales goals, staying current on promotions and destinations, recommending packages and local attractions, and participating in ongoing training.
