Provides administrative and document support to in-house legal counsel and corporate paralegals. Responsibilities include maintaining litigation files, calendars, dockets, agreements, and department resources; preparing legal documents and correspondence; coordinating meetings and travel; processing billing and expenses; managing mail and supplies; updating intranet content; and assisting with legal research and departmental operations.

Promotes vacation ownership opportunities to Cabela’s customers through engaging presentations, needs discovery, concierge-style service, and vacation package recommendations. Builds guest rapport, stays informed about destinations and promotions, meets individual and team sales goals, and completes ongoing training. Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, clear communication, basic computer skills, and successful completion of a criminal background check.

Promote vacation ownership opportunities to Bass Pro Shop and Cabela’s customers through presentations, relationship building, and personalized recommendations. Identify guests’ travel needs, provide concierge-style service, promote discounted vacation packages, and meet individual and team sales goals. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with participation in ongoing sales training.
