Leads Hillwood’s enterprise Treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking relationships, investments, payments, controls, risk, compliance, and reporting. The role is responsible for modernizing Treasury through systems implementation, automation, APIs, AI, and data-driven tools. It partners with executives, Accounting, FP&A, divisions, and financial institutions while managing complex domestic and international banking portfolios and leading Treasury strategy, operations, governance, and transformation.

Manage multi-entity, multi-state payroll processing (weekly, semi-monthly, monthly), reconciliations, garnishments, and payroll-related accounting. Maintain HRIS payroll data (UKG Pro), support onboarding, respond to employee payroll inquiries, ensure compliance with tax and wage laws, and pursue process/system improvements and special payroll projects.

Provides protective services for a corporate headquarters, associates, guests, and high-profile individuals. Duties include staffing security posts, patrolling facilities, monitoring surveillance and alarm systems, controlling access, responding to emergencies, investigating incidents, transporting protected personnel, documenting activities, and coordinating with law enforcement. The officer must maintain firearm proficiency, emergency medical and security certifications, Texas licensing, professional standards, and readiness across varying shifts.
