Develop reusable AI patterns, validation and observability practices, CI/CD integrations, and governance documentation while collaborating with business stakeholders, architecture, security, data, and governance teams.

Provides comprehensive business and personal support to a Vice Chairman, managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, correspondence, expenses, events, records, communications, and special projects. Acts as a confidential liaison with executives, clients, business partners, vendors, and internal teams while anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, prioritizing requests, and handling time-sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Prepare and review partnership tax returns, workpapers, tax provisions, estimates, projections, and state filings for real estate entities. Analyze book-to-tax differences, capital accounts, fixed assets, depreciation, and general ledger data. Respond to tax notices, conduct technical research, support planning and budgeting, and improve tax compliance processes through workflow documentation and technology integration.
