Prepare and review U.S. GAAP financial statements, disclosures, reconciliations, analyses, lender covenant reporting, and audit deliverables for multiple energy entities. Research accounting guidance, support internal controls, improve reporting processes, and participate in accounting system initiatives. Develop reporting tools and dashboards while partnering with Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Operations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, and oil and gas accounting capabilities.

Oversee finance, valuation, cash flow monitoring, reporting, and controls for an aircraft leasing investment fund. Lead quarterly valuation processes, review and govern DCF models, validate partner and accounting data, prepare forecasts and dashboards, monitor expenses and bank activity, support audits and investor reporting, and improve scalable financial governance and documentation. Manage the Valuation Analyst and serve as the finance liaison among deal teams, operating partners, providers, management, and investors.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for real estate investments, collaborating with various teams to enhance decision-making.
