Maintain and secure enterprise WAN/LAN/wireless infrastructure across data centers and remote sites. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco network systems, monitor performance, enforce security policies, document configurations, support connectivity issues, assist projects and migrations, mentor junior staff, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure compliance with agency/CJIS standards.

Provide complex civil and criminal legal services for the Sheriff's Office including litigation, contract review, policy and public records advice, forfeiture actions, legislative summaries, and on-call legal consultation. Research and draft legal opinions, assist command staff on novel issues, manage litigation in state and federal courts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and agency policies.

Design, build, and integrate machine learning and LLM-based solutions into on-prem applications. Develop, train, and evaluate models, perform data preprocessing and feature engineering, ensure CJIS/PII-compliant data handling, collaborate with analysts and IT, participate in code reviews, and prototype emerging AI tools for secure law-enforcement operations.
