Serves as a strategic integrator and accountability partner to executive leadership across Marketing and Centralized Operations. The Corporate Accountant manages full-cycle accounting processes, financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include maintaining financial statements, preparing audit schedules, and supporting cash management activities. Collaboration with teams for intercompany accounting and improvements in accounting processes is also essential.

Leads workplace safety across apartment communities, construction projects, facilities, and offices. Responsibilities include injury prevention, workers’ compensation support, incident investigations, root cause analysis, OSHA compliance, safety training, inspections, audits, fire safety coordination, emergency response, contractor oversight, documentation, and corrective action tracking. The role promotes risk reduction, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, and a culture of safety across assigned regions.

Oversee day-to-day property operations to meet financial goals, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain amenities and units, support resident services, manage vendors and invoices, conduct property walks, pursue revenue opportunities, and use property-management technology for reporting and communication.
