Manage and audit product data across eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and customer websites. Identify assortment, content, attribute, pricing, and data-quality gaps; develop exception reports and KPI reporting; support product setup and price changes; and optimize digital content. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and retail media teams to resolve issues and improve online performance across The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and other platforms.

Develops and maintains customer demand forecasts using the GAINs planning system, POS data, sales trends, and market insights. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams to optimize inventory, fill rates, and service levels. Supports financial forecasting, demand reviews, new product launches, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicates supply and demand risks while analyzing customer, category, and channel performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Manages an assigned sales territory by maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, expanding existing accounts, introducing products and programs, updating merchandising displays, preparing proposals and pricing agreements, and monitoring market trends. The role requires independent territory management, effective communication, customer service, and collaboration with sales management and corporate stakeholders.
