Lead front-line team members and host Big Bat Bourbon experiences, tastings, and events. Act as Manager-on-Duty, oversee concessionaire team and inventory, manage scheduling and reservations, handle customer complaints, assist with training and operations, coordinate vendors and A/V issues, perform register and deposit duties, and represent the brand for media and special events. Must work weekends/holidays.
