Manages office and call center operations, including appointment scheduling, customer service, conflict resolution, staff oversight, training coordination, performance tracking, warranty claims, deposits, invoices, calendars, and administrative support. Maintains accurate customer records, delegates ServiceTitan tasks, monitors departmental goals, and supports customer and technician needs while upholding company standards, confidentiality, and safety procedures.

The Director of Training is responsible for creating a care culture, leading training programs, mentoring staff, and developing talent within the organization to meet strategic goals.
