Provide leadership and supervision for an ACT clinical team: oversee daily operations, evaluate clients and treatment plans, ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, audit records, supervise EMR documentation, manage caseloads, and maintain external agency relationships to maximize quality of care.

Lead and optimize the revenue cycle from provider credentialing through claims adjudication. Oversee billing accuracy, denial management, payer relations, aging A/R follow-up, billing software configuration, KPI attainment, cross-department workflows, and executive reporting to minimize write-offs and maximize reimbursement.

Lead and coordinate organizational quality improvement and compliance activities. Manage data collection, audits, policy updates, and committee reporting. Analyze performance trends, develop action plans, mentor staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., NCQA).
