Oversee the organization’s full revenue cycle, including provider credentialing, pre-billing audits, claims submission, payment posting, denials, appeals, payer relations, and accounts receivable. Lead workflow optimization, billing system configuration, compliance with behavioral health regulations, staff training, KPI achievement, and executive reporting to maximize reimbursement and minimize errors.

Leads and supervises the Assertive Community Treatment clinical team, overseeing daily operations, client assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, record audits, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. The role monitors staff and caseloads, manages clinical interventions, maintains HIPAA compliance, coordinates referrals and agency relationships, and responds effectively to emergencies. Requires a master’s degree, an active unrestricted DC LICSW or LPC license, and experience serving ethnically diverse adults.

Provides psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, medication management, evaluations, and clinical consultation for adult, child, and adolescent patients. Serves as Medical Director, supervises nursing and psychiatric staff, oversees peer review and therapeutics committees, develops clinical policies and programs, reviews treatment documentation, and supports integrated behavioral and primary care. The role requires on-site work three to four days weekly and collaboration with executive leadership and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
