Oversee and coordinate quality improvement and compliance across programs. Maintain QI workplans, perform audits and data analysis, track regulatory changes, lead corrective action plans, train and mentor staff, coordinate committee reporting, and ensure documentation and delegated entities meet federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Support the Quality Improvement team by coordinating QI programs, reviewing clinical documentation against benchmarks, performing data collection and analysis, preparing audit materials, recommending improvements, and assisting with compliance, utilization management, and outcome measurement to ensure high standards of care.

Manage insurance verification, prior authorizations, and benefits coordination for behavioral health clients. Perform front-desk duties including reception, appointment confirmations, intake paperwork, payment collection, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation while providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive customer service.
