Manage technical operations and refit projects for a fleet of superyachts: oversee engineering systems, safety and compliance (ISM/ISPS/MLC), budget and report preparation, insurance claims, Class & Flag certification and surveys, vendor/shipyard negotiation, on-site supervision, and frequent travel for refits and inspections.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for superyacht crew: develop client relationships, source and screen candidates, manage vacancies through offer and onboarding, maintain recruitment records, promote roles via social media, attend industry events, and meet revenue and KPI targets.

Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for multiple UK entities and support consolidated Group accounts. Prepare journals, reconciliations, fixed asset registers, VAT returns, forecasts, budgets, cashflow, and intercompany reconciliations. Analyse variances, provide financial insights to business owners, support audits, and recommend improvements to systems and reporting.
