Lead retail floor operations, deliver exceptional client service, coach associates, maintain merchandising and operational standards, and support store leadership with staffing, inventory, and visual displays. This full-time role requires a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, and collaboration with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and operations teams.

The Keyholder will lead the retail team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and collaborating with various departments.
