Lead the physical records management program, overseeing lifecycle, retention, retrieval, disposition, compliance, vendor relationships, digitization projects, disaster recovery, metrics, and a team of records professionals to support audits, litigation, and regulatory requests.

Leads major oil and gas field projects from design through construction, startup, and cutover. Coordinates engineering, design, construction, operations, maintenance, contractors, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders while managing schedules, costs, materials, safety, and compliance. Reviews design packages, develops operating documentation and control narratives, coordinates HMI/DCS updates, supports maintenance, trains operations personnel, and provides frequent field leadership across North Slope facilities.

Support administration, maintenance, design, programming, and troubleshooting of Automation/SCADA and DCS systems for oil and gas production. Work with field instrumentation and electrical teams, configure process control networks and protocols (OPC, Modbus, ControlNet), document systems, enforce standards, mentor junior staff, and manage SCADA projects using AVEVA software and related technologies.
