Reviews complex accounting transactions for US GAAP and FASB compliance; develops accounting policies and procedures; supports revenue recognition, regulatory compliance, SAP PRA configuration, system enhancements, and data management. Partners with operational accounting, IT, SAP support, Finance, Accounting, and Land teams. Provides technical accounting guidance, end-user training, process improvement, project support, reporting, and status updates. Requires substantial upstream oil and gas or consulting experience, advanced accounting systems knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Supports complex accounting transactions, SAP FICO enhancements and implementations, accounting policies, reporting requirements, controls, and end-user training. Partners with Accounting, Finance, IT, and management to improve accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, document functional requirements, support acquisitions, and implement accounting standards and best practices.

Supports administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and operation of industrial Automation/SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, telemetry, and process control systems for oil and gas field operations. Designs and manages control system projects, maintains process control networks, documents systems, enforces standards, and mentors junior personnel. The role requires rotational work on Alaska’s North Slope and expertise with multiple industrial automation platforms, protocols, electrical drawings, and P&IDs.
