Leads the company’s physical records management program, overseeing storage, retrieval, retention, disposition, compliance, inventories, vendors, digitization, disaster recovery, and document management systems. Partners with Legal, Regulatory, Land, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support audits, litigation, and regulatory requests. Establishes policies, service levels, and performance metrics while managing and developing records management staff. The role also oversees technology implementations, continuous improvement, information security, and customer service.

The General Accountant manages the general ledger's integrity, leads financial reporting, conducts balance sheet reviews, supports audits, and proposes internal control improvements.

Serve as a Health & Safety Representative supporting Area Operations-West: promote safety awareness, deliver DEC and site-specific training, conduct audits, assist with permitting, hazard assessments, JSA, incident investigations, participate in HAZOPs/MOC/PSM audits, and support the joint Health and Safety Committee.
