Manage high-net-worth personal lines insurance accounts, including client service, coverage recommendations, quoting, policy maintenance, renewals, binding, documentation, quality assurance, and issue resolution. The role requires collaboration with producers and insurers, compliance with New York laws, strong customer communication, and accurate use of insurance systems. This is an in-office position in Uniondale, New York.

Manage clients’ personal insurance needs, including information gathering, applications, renewals, policy administration, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites. Explain coverage options, recommend enhancements, resolve inquiries, maintain accurate electronic records, and build relationships with clients and insurance carriers. The role requires a New York personal lines license, extensive personal insurance experience, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS.

Manage commercial insurance accounts as primary client contact: process policy changes, handle renewals and marketing, communicate with carriers, prepare documentation, monitor billing and audits, document activity, and support producers and account technicians.
