Lead client-facing employee benefits strategy and implementation for assigned accounts. Partner with producers on meetings and onboarding, manage renewals and ACA/DOL/PCORI compliance, mentor junior staff, craft benefit plan designs and communications, collaborate with carriers, and represent the firm at industry events.

Support Account Managers with commercial account servicing: process policy changes, issue certificates, handle client inquiries, gather underwriting materials, track renewals, maintain files, and assist submissions and carrier follow-up.

Manage client renewal cycles and open enrollment workflows, support brokers and benefits analysts, maintain client data in benefits systems, handle day-to-day client service, prepare renewal materials, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive process improvements while providing professional communication to clients, carriers, and internal teams.
