Manages an assigned insurance book of business as the primary client relationship manager. Handles coverage inquiries, billing, service requests, endorsements, renewals, policy documentation, and carrier communications. Reviews loss information, gathers renewal details, and negotiates pricing when needed while maintaining knowledge of company systems and offerings.

Provide day-to-day Workday HCM administration and support across employee data, organizational changes, compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and talent processes. Troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, assist with configuration and testing, support HR activities and reporting, create documentation and training materials, and guide employees, managers, and HR partners on Workday processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR workflows and the employee experience while protecting confidential information.

Employee Benefits Sales Interns support producers and account managers with prospecting, email campaigns, trade shows, policy documentation, renewals, reporting, data entry, and client meetings. The role provides exposure to employee benefits coverage, sales pipeline development, client service, and insurance agency operations. Interns must commute to Canton, Massachusetts, and may travel to the Richmond, Virginia, corporate office for networking and volunteer activities.
