Support ADP Workforce Now open enrollment, benefits configuration, ACA module implementations, census and enrollment reporting, technical troubleshooting, and year-end 1095 auditing. Partner across teams to meet project timelines, maintain client relationships, ensure business persistency, and support growth.

Manage employee benefits accounts, including plan design, renewals, RFPs, vendor negotiations, funding analysis, client presentations, regulatory solutions, benchmarking, open enrollment materials, and ongoing client service. The role requires analyzing insurance policies, coordinating benefit communications, supporting wellness strategies, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
