Manage a dedicated commercial insurance book of business, serve as the primary client and internal-team liaison, maintain stakeholder relationships, conduct account reviews, prepare applications and quotes, market renewals, process endorsements, document files accurately, and maintain knowledge of company systems and offerings.

Provides administrative and policy-processing support for commercial insurance accounts. Responsibilities include generating certificates and binders, processing policies and endorsements, monitoring cancellations and audits, ordering motor vehicle reports and loss runs, maintaining client data, filing documents, preparing correspondence, and completing data-entry projects. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, computer proficiency, communication skills, and the ability to learn agency management software.

Resolves employee benefits claims, enrollment, reinstatement, and plan-related questions for client HR departments and employees. Coordinates with insurance carriers, vendors, and account teams; handles customer service calls and inquiries; tests enrollment sites; documents procedures; maintains inquiry records; identifies service trends; and supports timely, accurate issue resolution.
