Manage private-market transactions from handshake through closing, coordinating investors, sellers, legal counsel, issuers, and internal teams. Prepare transaction documents and signature packages, maintain communication templates, track information in company systems, support fund investments and compliance activities including KYC and AML, and help ensure accurate revenue pipeline management and transaction settlement. The role also contributes to process improvement and provides transaction-services expertise to the Product team.

The Director of Product Design oversees user experience and interface design, leading a design team and ensuring design excellence across products while advocating for user-centered design principles.

Lead origination and execution of private fund secondary transactions: prospect GPs/LPs, diligence fund structures, source buyers, manage transfers, prepare pitch materials, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and coordinate with Transaction Services and Operations.
