Develops and executes strategic plans for national accounts and assigned sales territory. Builds executive relationships, manages multi-year account plans and budgets, leads the full sales cycle, prepares proposals and contracts, monitors revenue performance, and identifies growth opportunities. Requires extensive travel, consultative selling, negotiation, CRM discipline, and collaboration with pricing and operations teams.

The Senior Accountant manages account reconciliations, closing processes, financial statements, and supports budgeting, auditing, and compliance tasks.

Lead day-to-day talent acquisition with primary focus on driver recruitment; manage a recruiting team; own full-cycle hiring, employer branding, talent pipelines, and recruitment analytics; partner with operations and hiring managers to meet staffing forecasts, ensure compliance, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
