Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET backend applications and scalable microservices. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, conduct code reviews, optimize application and database performance, apply software architecture and design patterns, and research modern technologies to improve reliability. The role requires distributed application development, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, Entity Framework Core, relational databases, and strong communication, debugging, documentation, and mentoring skills.

Leads and grows engineering teams while owning end-to-end delivery of critical fintech initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring, performance management, technical quality, security and compliance, scalable system design, roadmap planning, delivery tracking, stakeholder communication, agile practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous improvement. Requires strong software engineering, database, delivery management, people leadership, and communication expertise.
