Leads and grows engineering teams while owning end-to-end delivery of critical fintech initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring, performance management, technical quality, security and compliance, scalable system design, roadmap planning, delivery tracking, stakeholder communication, agile practices, CI/CD, DevOps, and continuous improvement. Requires strong software engineering, database, delivery management, people leadership, and communication expertise.

The Senior Project Manager will lead project initiatives in a fintech environment, collaborating with teams, ensuring Agile practices, and delivering projects on time.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for fintech banking products. Partner with stakeholders to define initiatives, manage the full product lifecycle, and prioritize portfolio work. Mentor product teams, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations, ensure regulatory compliance and technical feasibility, and use data and market insights to drive experimentation, measurement, and continuous optimization.
