Supports revenue leaders as an operational force multiplier by managing QBRs and offsite logistics, coordinating recurring sales meetings, tracking follow-up actions, protecting calendars, handling expenses, and managing sensitive information. The role also involves drafting agendas, briefings, outreach, and operational artifacts while supporting OKR accountability and using modern GTM tools and AI to improve efficiency.

Own Hightouch’s competitive intelligence program, including competitor research, positioning, battlecards, comparison frameworks, sales enablement, and market insights. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management on launches, campaigns, roadmap input, and deal support. Create website messaging, case studies, objection-handling content, and customer-focused narratives. Represent Hightouch at events, customer engagements, and webinars while establishing a competitive program from scratch.

The Manager of Solutions Engineering will lead a team of Solutions Engineers, focusing on customer engagement, technical demonstrations, and mentoring while enhancing POC success.
