Own product marketing for Hightouch’s CDP, MarTech, data, and AI offerings. Develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, launches, integrated campaigns, website messaging, case studies, sales enablement, internal communications, and customer-facing content. Conduct market and user research, competitive analysis, and product evangelism through events, engagements, and webinars while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams.

Lead creative design for enterprise lifecycle email campaigns using Hightouch’s AI marketing platform. Translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows, prompts, reference libraries, and guardrails; create high-quality email campaigns; partner with customers on testing and performance optimization; influence product and model behavior; and document scalable creative best practices.

Leads and scales an outbound SDR team supporting Hightouch’s Ad Studio product. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, performance management, campaign development, metric reporting, demand-generation strategy, sales play development, messaging, operating-model definition, and headcount planning. The role partners with Sales and Marketing leadership while engaging enterprise and mid-market prospects.
