Designs and delivers data architectures for complex enterprise customers. Leads discovery, profiles warehouse data, creates schemas and identity-matching rules, directs agent-assisted transformations, validates performance and business outcomes, and builds semantic layers and business logic for marketing activation. The architect owns implementation quality, customer alignment, reusable reference architectures, and ongoing technical guidance while informing product teams about platform gaps.

Support customers through Intercom, Slack, phone, and email while helping them maximize platform value. Read API documentation, understand SaaS tools and data fundamentals, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. Participate in an on-call rotation and contribute to customer experience, internal processes, and cross-functional initiatives in a startup environment.

Lead enterprise pre-sales technical sales motions through discovery, solution architecture, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and technical validation. Build relationships with data engineers, architects, marketing technologists, and executives; influence complex buying committees; and advise customers on AI workflows, data activation, and agentic marketing solutions. Partner with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to shape account strategy and go-to-market efforts.
