Creates and implements manufacturing process improvements, work instructions, tooling, and production support strategies. Partners with technicians, Quality, Engineering, and Operations on sustaining, continuous improvement, cost reduction, manufacturability, NPI, CAPA, and production readiness. Requires mechanical or manufacturing engineering knowledge, CAD proficiency, ERP/PLM familiarity, electrical troubleshooting, and understanding of GMP. This is a full-time onsite role with up to 10% travel.

Deploy, commission, configure, and troubleshoot laboratory automation systems integrating robots, instruments, scheduling software, databases, and code. Conduct FAT and SAT, resolve hardware and software issues, document configurations, train customers, and manage technical communication throughout deployments. The field-based role supports customers across NJ, PA, NY, and other domestic or international locations, requiring frequent travel and independent work with senior support on complex systems.

Deploys, commissions, and supports complex laboratory automation systems integrating robots, instruments, software, and databases. Responsibilities include C# development, workflow configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, FAT/SAT execution, customer training, technical documentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring junior engineers. The role is field-based on the West Coast, requires extensive domestic and international travel, and supports life sciences customers.
