Configure, deploy, test, and support lab robotic automation systems and scheduling software. Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, configure relational databases, maintain documentation, and deliver client training and on-site customer-facing support across Europe.

Design custom robotic systems for pharmaceutical/biotech customers; collaborate with electrical and robotics engineers, manufacturing, vendors, and customers; produce detailed drawings, organize BOMs, and manage engineering change orders through the product lifecycle.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for liquid handling and dispensing products. Serve as SME for workflows, gather VOC, partner with engineering and commercial teams, drive product launches, and align stakeholders to deliver lab automation solutions that address market needs.
