Leads community-wide human resources operations, including employee relations, investigations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development. Partners with executives and department leaders, administers HR systems and records, manages workers’ compensation and leave programs, monitors workforce metrics, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents and assigned staff on night shift. Administer medications, perform treatments, obtain specimens and physician orders, complete assessments and documentation, develop and monitor care plans, respond to emergencies, assist admissions, and ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety in an assisted living/memory care environment.
