Plans and implements activities that support residents’ physical, mental, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. Encourages participation, prepares and maintains activity areas and supplies, documents participation and progress, and coordinates with staff. Requires compassion, patience, strong communication, teamwork, independence, and the ability to support older adults in a senior living or healthcare environment.

Provides part-time security coverage for a senior living community by patrolling buildings and grounds, securing access points, monitoring for hazards and suspicious activity, responding to emergencies, documenting incidents, regulating entry traffic, and contacting emergency services when needed. Also supports residents and families, answers and directs calls, maintains confidentiality, and promotes a welcoming environment.

Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents and assigned staff on night shift. Administer medications, perform treatments, obtain specimens and physician orders, complete assessments and documentation, develop and monitor care plans, respond to emergencies, assist admissions, and ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety in an assisted living/memory care environment.
