Leads strategic finance for a high-growth payments company, including financial analysis, planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, reporting, burn and runway management, treasury, fundraising support, controls, audit readiness, and strategic initiatives. Partners with the CEO, COO, board, auditors, and Controller to guide decisions. Owns the finance technology stack and uses automation and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation while maintaining auditability. Leads and scales the finance team.

Drive revenue growth by managing enterprise accounts across ISVs, PayFacs, merchants of record, and ISOs. Develop outbound strategies, cultivate C-level relationships, qualify and close complex acquiring opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand merchant services partnerships. Collaborate with operations, product management, and product marketing to address customer requirements and execute profitable sales strategies.
