Directs revenue management strategy to maximize property revenue. Analyzes pricing recommendations, occupancy, leasing velocity, market conditions, financial performance, and revenue forecasts. Communicates performance insights to senior management and operational teams, supports budgeting, configures new sites, coordinates system implementations, and trains associates on revenue management practices and systems. Requires strong analytical, financial, communication, leadership, and data-management skills, along with experience using YieldStar.

Leads strategic initiatives from intake through closeout across property operations and corporate functions. Builds project plans, budgets, governance, reporting, risk logs, and accountability structures; coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, technology implementations, pilots, and rollouts. Tracks scope, costs, schedules, adoption, and business impact while facilitating leadership decisions and change management. Ensures deliverables, lessons learned, operational transitions, and post-implementation outcomes are documented.

Own rental applications from submission through final decision, including document collection, screening review, applicant communication, approvals, and issue resolution. Support onsite leasing teams, maintain accurate confidential records, monitor service levels, research discrepancies, and escalate exceptions. The role also contributes to audits, testing, training, process improvements, and system rollout support while ensuring compliance with rental criteria, Fair Housing requirements, and conventional or affordable housing procedures.
