Manage a team of clinicians overseeing case management and utilization activities to ensure medically appropriate, high-quality, cost-effective care. Responsibilities include staff hiring/training/evaluation, policy and audit oversight, regulatory compliance (NCQA, URAC, CMS, DOH, DOL), process improvement, data-driven outcome measurement, provider coordination, and leading department projects.

Provide specialized care to a diverse patient population on the 9C Telemetry Unit, focusing on neuroscience and general medicine needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing patient care delivery.

Performs radiographic imaging procedures with independent judgment. Positions patients, acquires and reviews images, administers contrast/medications when ordered, monitors patient status, maintains equipment and quality control, and documents/transmits results. Provides patient education and addresses image quality or equipment issues.
