The role requires full-stack development using React and Python, cloud and distributed systems experience, CI/CD deployment across OpenShift and GCP, database and API expertise, and strong software quality, security, and performance practices.

Develops and supports business intelligence solutions for healthcare users by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in accessible formats. Creates ad hoc reports, investigates discrepancies, supports migrations and testing, administers analytics systems, monitors performance, coordinates upgrades, maintains documentation, and provides user support and training. Requires experience analyzing business processes, data, and system interfaces, with preferred experience in Epic reporting, EMR systems, accounts receivable systems, and Minitab.

Provides comprehensive nursing care in a 10-bed clinical decision and observation unit. Assesses patients, develops and evaluates care plans, administers and delegates care, monitors changes in condition, promotes patient safety, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, mentors peers, supports quality initiatives, and addresses patient and family concerns.
