Provides guidance and training to less-experienced teammates, manages complex assignments, and monitors project accuracy and progress. Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or information technology discipline and 7–10 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.

Designs, develops, reviews, and maintains scalable, highly available software applications across digital channels. Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, writing maintainable code, evaluating architectural solutions, participating in Scrum ceremonies, managing user stories and tasks, monitoring development progress, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini, modern programming languages, web services, cloud platforms, and software architecture.

Processes patient and medical information release requests from internal and external parties, validates authorization, fulfills subpoenas and court orders, manages correspondence records, prepares documents for billing and audits, and ensures compliance with HIPAA, hospital policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
