Designs, develops, reviews, and maintains scalable, highly available software applications across digital channels. Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, writing maintainable code, evaluating architectural solutions, participating in Scrum ceremonies, managing user stories and tasks, monitoring development progress, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires experience with Claude Code or Google Gemini, modern programming languages, web services, cloud platforms, and software architecture.

Performs financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, contract and payor performance evaluation, financial reporting, and root-cause analysis. Maintains processes supporting monthly close, audits, cost accounting, regulatory reporting, and third-party requirements. Provides financial guidance, recommends revenue and cost improvements, interprets healthcare and reimbursement regulations, and serves as a technical resource for team members and operational stakeholders.

Leads complex data and reporting solutions by gathering requirements, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards, analyzing trends, testing enhancements, resolving defects, and managing risks. Collaborates with customers, engineers, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant solutions. Provides subject matter expertise, strategic direction, customer communication, and mentorship to other data analysts.
