Supports corporate accounting and financial reporting for a real estate storage portfolio. Responsibilities include revenue accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, internal controls, and process improvements. The role collaborates with the Controller, CFO, Asset Management, Property Operations, and other stakeholders while supporting acquisitions, system integrations, and newly acquired facility onboarding.
