Develop and execute SaaS product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market plans. Lead products from concept through launch while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Conduct market and competitive research, analyze customer feedback and product metrics, assess technology and buy-build-partner options, and evaluate profitability. The role also includes stakeholder communication, agile process participation, mentoring junior team members, and frequent customer and global stakeholder engagement.

Supports OSG clients by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting online learning issues, booking services, coordinating evaluations, identifying additional needs, and managing renewals. The role maintains CRM records, supports sales administration, onboards clients, and builds relationships that improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement. It is an entry-level position with structured training.

Manage strategic customer success initiatives for enterprise customers and complex integrations. Drive onboarding, satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Advocate for customers at the executive level, analyze performance metrics, provide industry-informed recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and mentor junior team members.
