Lead instructional design strategy for a B2B SaaS customer education program. Own migration from Skilljar to a custom LMS, defining requirements, instructional UX, authoring workflows, and tracking capabilities. Design technical curricula, certifications, interactive labs, simulations, and API tutorials. Partner with technical writers, product managers, engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to align learning content with product releases. Measure learner telemetry, adoption, completion, certification, and business impact.

Manages strategic B2B customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Conducts business reviews, resolves escalated issues, identifies upsell opportunities, monitors churn risk, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction and revenue. Uses HubSpot to track interactions, account health, opportunities, and onboarding progress. This is a 12-month fixed-term, remote-friendly role for candidates located and authorized to work in Canada.
