Maintains food and beverage quality, safety, legality, authenticity, and compliance at the Ochils site. Responsibilities include investigating complaints and incidents, managing the Quality Management System, improving quality checks, leading quality projects, reviewing data, conducting GMP and traceability audits, supporting customer responses, maintaining retailer specifications, and completing TACCP horizon scanning. The role also deputises for senior technical managers and supports continuous improvement.

Hands-on process engineer supporting high-speed bottling and packaging lines. Analyse OEE, downtime, waste and changeovers; lead Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving; implement practical improvements, SOPs and trials; coach operators and embed sustained, safe, efficient and sustainable line performance.

Manage vehicle movements and site bookings on a nightshift rota. Update the transport management system, issue documentation, support loading schedules, assist drivers/hauliers, handle customer orders, inboxes, reports, returns, purchase orders and transport invoices, and uphold health and safety standards.
