Support and manage project finance transactions by underwriting, building and owning financial models, performing deal diligence, managing datarooms, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize asset pricing and close financings and tax credit transfers.

Support implementation of federal grants (EPA, DOE) by researching, compiling data, preparing/submitting documents, coordinating internal teams, engaging agency partners, assisting with performance and financial reporting, and supporting Market Development special projects.

Support state and utility grant and rebate programs by researching funding opportunities, preparing and submitting applications, tracking program requirements and timelines, coordinating cross-functionally, engaging with state agencies and utilities, monitoring awards and reporting, and assisting Market Development on incentive-related projects.
