Leads Highland’s engineering and design function for EV charging, battery energy storage, and edge compute sites. Oversees engineering standards, design packages, QA/QC, utility interconnection, AHJ permitting, consultant management, project schedules, budgets, and construction readiness. Builds and scales internal teams and external engineering capacity while improving design velocity through standardized processes, automation, and tooling. Partners with development, construction, procurement, origination, and fleet operations on technical due diligence, feasibility, estimating, and risk.

Lead commercial legal support for revenue contracts, partnerships, joint ventures, transportation equipment services, energy solutions, RFPs, financings, and M&A. Draft and negotiate agreements, structure deals, advise executives and sales teams, develop contracting tools, support product pilots, and supervise legal professionals. The role requires strong commercial judgment in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own Highland’s full-funnel growth marketing engine, including paid media, SEO/AEO, email, web conversion, analytics, and marketing automation. Lead the digital agency relationship, manage media budgets, optimize campaigns and landing pages, improve data integrity, develop audience segmentation and ABM programs, and translate performance insights into growth experiments and recommendations. This senior individual contributor partners with Sales, content, brand, PR, and web teams to increase qualified leads, pipeline, and marketing-sourced revenue.
