Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water mitigation: schedule and supervise crews/subcontractors, manage scopes, budgets, and timelines using Xactimate/DASH, serve as primary contact for owners and insurers, document progress with site visits and punch lists, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Manage residential reconstruction projects end-to-end: scope, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety oversight, and customer communication, while supporting insurance processes and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
