Ensures compliance with NYC mold, lead, violations, and reporting requirements while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Support finance team with invoice entry and verification, manage accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, maintain vendor and financial records, calculate and track commission-based payroll, assist payroll processing and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
