The Controller leads accounting operations and financial reporting across a multi-entity, multi-brand organization. Responsibilities include monthly and annual close, consolidated reporting under U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audits, compliance, cash management, budgeting support, acquisition integration, and accounting team leadership. The role also drives financial systems automation, process improvements, lender reporting, and strategic partnership with the CFO and executive leadership. Travel up to 20% is required.

Manage reconstruction projects from estimation through completion, including scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, customer communication, and change negotiations. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, maintain accurate job knowledge for weekly WIP meetings, source cost-effective services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Restoration industry experience and an established subcontractor network are required, while Xactimate and insurance company experience are preferred.

Manage residential and commercial restoration reconstruction projects from estimating through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget oversight, customer communication, subcontractor and supplier coordination, materials sourcing, change negotiation, insurance adjuster collaboration, and participation in weekly work-in-progress meetings. The role requires restoration and project management experience, an established subcontractor network, strong budget management, and excellent communication skills.
