Provide administrative and customer-facing support for the Reconstruction Department. Manage scheduling, communications with customers and insurance representatives, project documentation, data entry, and coordination between project managers, subcontractors, and office staff to ensure timely project completion.

Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple brands/entities using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring multi-state compliance, tax filings, integrations for acquisitions, commission/variable pay processing, reporting, audits, and employee support.

Find and develop referral partnerships (plumbers, property managers, insurance agents). Conduct in-person visits, host trainings, plan events and campaigns, track leads in CRM, follow up on inquiries, pursue growth opportunities, and support the Biz Dev Manager.
