Teams at Highgate Hotels, L.P.

Responds to guest maintenance requests and performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs across hotel rooms, kitchens, laundry facilities, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, pools, and mechanical areas. Monitors alarms and energy conservation, communicates findings to the Front Desk, and completes additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Assists hotel guests with luggage, room escorts, check-in and departure support, package and amenity delivery, room changes, directions, local activity information, and guest requests. Maintains luggage storage, lobby information, and guestroom readiness while providing courteous, efficient service and explaining hotel amenities and room features.

Supervise hotel food and beverage operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, kitchen, cafeteria, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, training, hiring, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Monitor service quality, profitability, productivity, and departmental performance while ensuring adherence to health, sanitation, liquor, loss-prevention, and company standards. Address guest and employee concerns, prepare reports, conduct meetings, and support hotel events and management coverage.
