Responsibilities include managing registrations, insurance, tax exemptions, audit readiness, software workflows, personnel records, recruiting support, employment-law compliance, grant proposals, contracts, funder reports, and Board updates. The role requires independent task management, strong organization, clear communication, nonprofit operations experience, and the ability to use and evaluate AI tools securely.
