Teams at Higher Ground Youth & Family Services Inc

Mentor and supervise youth from underserved communities, lead an age group, design and submit original curriculum, facilitate structured activities, guide interns and staff, enforce policies, and support program logistics and continuous program improvement.

Serve as a positive role model for elementary students in an after-school program, supervising structured activities, managing behavior with de-escalation and restorative practices, tracking attendance, communicating with families and school staff, collaborating with mentors and interns, and upholding safety and program policies. Part-time schedule (~22 hours/week) with adaptability to changing needs.
