Own the end-to-end GTM experiment loop for Higharc’s self-serve business. Design and run growth and PLG experiments, build landing pages, tooling, tracking, and automation, instrument the funnel, analyze results, and make rapid kill-or-scale decisions. Partner with Applications and Marketing to launch tests quickly, document learnings, and focus resources on successful experiments.

Build and deploy spatial AI capabilities for generative home floor plans. Responsibilities include training and adapting ML models, creating APIs and evaluation pipelines, improving reproducibility, managing latency and cost, extending research into product features, partnering on MLOps and deployment, and mentoring engineers and researchers.

Build and deploy data-intensive software for enterprise homebuilders, including searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, natural-language search, ETL pipelines, classification models, and geometric similarity tools. Work directly with customers to profile messy plan data, validate solutions, meet delivery and quality targets, and turn engagement-specific scripts into reusable tooling. Collaborate with product, technical, QA, and client teams, present progress to executives, and travel to client sites or company events up to 30% of the time.
