Lead and scale the B2B marketing function for an institutional financial services and digital assets company. Own positioning, communications, demand generation, campaigns, events, market intelligence, analytics, and pipeline growth. Build marketing capabilities from the ground up, establish KPIs and reporting, and collaborate with Business Development, Product, Trading, Data, and senior leadership to support enterprise revenue growth.

Lead the firm's regulatory compliance and AML/CFT framework as Compliance Officer and MLRO. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring, KYC/CDD/EDD oversight, sanctions and transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, regulatory submissions, FSRA engagement, inspections, remediation, policy development, senior management and Board reporting, training, and independent challenge. Requires hands-on experience in an ADGM/FSRA or DIFC/DFSA-regulated investment business.

Senior individual contributor responsible for originating institutional OTC relationships, executing large-block trades, onboarding counterparties (KYC/AML), coordinating with trading/treasury/operations, and driving revenue across spot, stablecoin FX, and conversion products while representing the firm at regional industry events.
