Manage high-voltage rail systems power projects through design, construction, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and Network Rail interfaces to deliver scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Maintain project plans, monitor risks and changes, report progress, manage milestone risks, and support delivery under NEC3 contracts. The role also requires stakeholder engagement, contract management, cross-functional coordination, and promotion of equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Manage and coordinate technical change and configuration management across rail infrastructure contracts. Govern changes to requirements and technical baselines, coordinate verification and validation, maintain Technical Change Communication registers, support assurance reporting, and manage interface documentation. The role requires stakeholder engagement across contractors and delivery teams, facilitation of governance forums, risk and impact assessment, and continuous improvement of technical change processes.
