Prepares coffee drinks, takes and enters customer orders, processes payments, provides warm customer service, and maintains a clean, stocked, safe stand. The role requires flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Brewistas must work quickly with hot beverages, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and safely perform stocking and cleaning duties.

Lead multi-state operational execution and multi-unit leadership development. Oversee Regional Managers, standardize operating procedures, improve profitability through labor and performance management, audit field operations, support new openings, and travel extensively to ensure consistent execution and scalable growth.

Leads a coffee stand’s profitable operations, crew performance, customer experience, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, training, and compliance. Coaches and develops team members, maintains service speed and cleanliness, implements management directives, solves operational issues, and oversees administrative duties. Requires flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and stand visits outside scheduled shifts.
