Cashiers/Hosts are responsible for handling transactions, providing customer service, seating guests, and ensuring a positive checkout experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Prepares and smokes meats, follows recipes, plates entrees, operates kitchen equipment, maintains sanitation, manages food supplies, and supports all back-of-house stations. The role requires evening, weekend, and possible holiday availability, teamwork, attention to detail, knife skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Prepares, cooks, plates, and portions food according to recipes and restaurant standards. Maintains food safety, sanitation, temperature controls, ingredient freshness, inventory rotation, and an organized kitchen. Receives deliveries, operates kitchen equipment safely, reports maintenance issues, and supports efficient back-of-house restaurant operations. Requires teamwork, physical stamina, English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
