Owns CRM strategy, governance, adoption, reporting, and optimization; leads sales enablement, marketing communications, business-system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional technology projects. Develops requirements, workflows, training, change-management plans, and performance measures while coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to support profitable growth and consistent customer experiences.

Performs captive department accounting, including invoices, deposits, reconciliations, financial statements, regulatory reports, tax coordination, cash-flow monitoring, and audit supervision. Maintains workflows, internal controls, client reporting, compliance systems, and file organization. Supports boards, associations, new captive formations, and cross-department service coordination while providing accounting team support and client communication.

Provides client, producer, and carrier support for commercial property and casualty insurance accounts. Designs and services insurance programs, explains coverage and audit procedures, negotiates carrier terms, prepares proposals and applications, manages renewals and remarketing, generates premium allocations, and maintains accurate electronic records. Coordinates workflow, follows up on suspense items and signatures, and ensures timely, accurate transaction processing.
