Manage and service commercial P&C accounts: design insurance programs, prepare proposals, renewals and remarketing, negotiate with carriers, support producers, ensure compliance and timely processing.

Serve as primary relationship manager for employee benefits clients: lead renewals, strategic benefits planning, compliance (ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/ACA), vendor/carrier coordination, onboarding, open enrollment communications, and ongoing account management. Supervise and mentor benefits/account teams, support sales opportunities, implement benefits technology, and maintain accurate client records to ensure retention and client satisfaction.

Leads and mentors Account Managers while advising commercial insurance clients and managing books of business. Designs and implements insurance programs, evaluates coverage and exposures, prepares proposals and applications, supports renewals and remarketing, explains audit procedures, and coordinates with producers, carriers, and clients. The role manages workflow, resolves complaints and disputes, maintains regulatory and carrier knowledge, and ensures timely, accurate transaction processing.
