Manages commercial property and casualty insurance accounts by designing coverage programs, supporting producers, negotiating carrier terms, preparing proposals and applications, renewing and remarketing policies, educating clients, and ensuring accurate, timely transaction processing. The role requires strong client service, organizational, analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, along with an active insurance license and commercial P&C experience.

Provides administrative and client support for employee benefits account managers. Responsibilities include data entry, billing audits, proposal and report preparation, open enrollment materials, carrier implementation paperwork, file maintenance, and customer service. The coordinator also attends local client meetings, supports account marketing activities, and uses Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Supports digital marketing through content creation, collateral development, website updates, basic SEO research, form creation, graphic design, and quality review. The intern works with the digital marketing and creative teams, gains exposure to WordPress and project management processes, and contributes to a final project or presentation. This is a part-time, ten-week, in-person internship for college students entering their junior or senior year.
